DON'T LOSE YOUR SHINE

Don't lose your shine!

There's two types of energy in the world. The positive and the negative. It's up to you to decide which one you're spreading into your world.

When you have positive energy within you, you are effecting the people around you in a positive way. So many people especially right now have lost their shine. Anxiety and stress is causing the irrational behavior. You see, it's like a spider web. Once you start leaning into negative thoughts and negative vibes you will effect your friends and family in a negative way. You will start attracting negative circumstances into your life because you tend to get what you give.

If you find yourself in a negative slump, challenge yourself to think positively. Force yourself to smile when you think you can’t. A simple smile especially to someone can go a long way, it's contagious. Another thing you can do to increase your shine is give someone a genuine compliment. After making someone feel good about themselves, we tend to feel better too. Don't forget to express gratitude daily. Feeling grateful about the little things in life will shift your perspective on circumstances you may be going through.

There are several small steps you can take to start radiating positive energy. Start passing these positive vibes on to others and you'll notice a large change in yourself and those around you.
