SEEK THE STRUGGLE. This is a training concept I use in the gym to achieve great results but it's a game-changing concept used in my life as well.
You want to reach the point of struggle when you train and workout. You must do this in order to stress the muscle so it will grow and strengthen. You don't want to stop when the struggle or difficulty begins but train yourself to push through it to grow.
That concept is a dual-threat, that can be used in the gym or in life.
Go full attack on everything you do that is hard, difficult, challenging, and keep going until you truly cant anymore. That's when the real magic begins!!
There is NO REWARD for easy!!
